Information you provide

If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, postcode, email address, optional telephone number, the service you are interested in and the contents of your message. Later discussions may include your installation address, energy usage, property information and quotation or contract records.

How the enquiry form works

The form prepares an email in your own email application. You must send it to complete the enquiry. The form does not submit your details to a website database, and this website does not use browser storage to retain the fields.

Why we use your information

We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, arrange and support your installation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract.
