£0 upfront

Funding options for qualifying projects, subject to agreed terms.

One proposal

Solar, storage, EV infrastructure and required roof repairs.

APPLICATIONS

TECHNICAL SCOPE

One coordinated project quotation.

Assess the site requirements together, with equipment, enabling works and delivery responsibilities clearly defined.

01

Commercial solar PV

Design the installation around your roof, daytime electricity demand and network capacity. Your proposal includes estimated generation, project costs and the assumptions behind projected savings.

02

Battery storage

Assess whether storage can shift generation to other operating hours or support tariff optimisation. The business case is evaluated against your demand profile and the cost of the equipment.

03

EV charging infrastructure

Include charging for employees, visitors or fleet vehicles. Site capacity, parking arrangements and access requirements inform the specification.

04

Roof repairs & preparation

We offer roof repairs within the quotation. The survey identifies required works, and your proposal sets out the repair scope and cost alongside the solar installation. Inclusion within funding is assessed with the funder.

FUNDING & CAPITAL

£0 upfront cost options available.

Protect working capital while investing in on-site energy generation.

Through our finance partners, we access a range of lenders and specialist funders. We compare the available rates, structures and terms to help secure the most suitable quote for your project.

ASSET FINANCE

Spread the investment.

Hire purchase, lease and loan options can fund solar, battery storage and EV infrastructure. Up to 100% project funding and terms of up to 10 years may be available, subject to lender approval.

  • Repayments set out before you commit
  • Ownership depends on the agreement
  • Stage payments and VAT deferral may be available

POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Pay for solar electricity.

For eligible solar projects, a funder pays for and owns the installation. Your business purchases the solar electricity under a long-term agreement, with no upfront installation cost.

  • Fixed, index-linked or other agreed pricing
  • Maintenance responsibilities set out in the contract
  • Storage, EV infrastructure and roof works can be assessed as part of the project

DIRECT INVESTMENT

Purchase the system.

Fund the project directly and retain ownership of your installation. Compare the capital cost, projected operating savings and maintenance requirements against funded alternatives.

  • One clearly defined project scope
  • Generation and savings assumptions explained
  • A delivery programme agreed around your operations

Funding is subject to eligibility, credit approval, site assessment and contract terms. £0 upfront options do not mean free energy or free equipment: repayments or electricity charges apply. Any deposit, VAT, fees or excluded works will be confirmed in the offer.

PROJECT VIABILITY

A transparent commercial case.

Compare the installation scope and funding structure against your operating requirements.

What your proposal covers

  • System specification and site suitability
  • Generation or charging assumptions
  • Projected energy savings and agreed funding costs
  • Roof repairs, access and electrical enabling works
  • Permissions, network requirements and delivery programme

For solar, projections distinguish bill savings from the overall financial return after funding and operating costs.

ASSESSMENT TO HANDOVER

A defined delivery process.

  1. 01

    Initial review

Establish your objectives, site details and operating profile.

  2. 02

    Site & scope

Assess the building, electrical infrastructure and required enabling works.

  3. 03

    Proposal & funding

Review design, costs and available funding offers before committing.

  4. 04

    Delivery & handover

Agree the programme, installation, testing and handover arrangements.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

Commercial considerations.

Can you include battery storage, EV charging and roof repairs?

Yes. We offer battery storage, EV charging and roof repairs as part of a coordinated project quotation. Following assessment, the proposal identifies the equipment, required roof works, installation scope and associated costs. Funding for the combined scope is subject to funder acceptance.

How do day-one savings work?

From the first day the system generates electricity that your business uses, it can replace electricity you would otherwise buy from the grid. Actual bill savings depend on generation, on-site consumption and your tariff. Net financial benefit also depends on funding payments, PPA charges and operating costs; it is not guaranteed.

Are £0 upfront options available?

Yes, qualifying projects may be eligible for up to 100% asset finance or a solar power purchase agreement with no upfront installation cost. Eligibility, VAT, deposits, fees, excluded works and repayment or electricity charges are confirmed in the funding offer.

Do you compare more than one lender?

Through our finance partners, we access multiple lenders and specialist funders. We compare available offers for your project, including the rate, term, repayment structure and total commitments.

What happens if we lease the building?

Landlord consent, roof access and the remaining lease term must be considered. For a funded project, the funder also assesses the property arrangements and contract duration.

What information is required?

Start with the business name, site address, a recent electricity bill and your objectives. Consumption data and roof information help with design. If you request finance, accounts and current management information may be required through the finance provider.

COMMERCIAL ENQUIRIES

Request a project proposal.

Provide your business name, site location and requirements. For a solar assessment, a recent electricity bill or consumption profile is a useful starting point.

For funding enquiries, indicate whether you prefer asset finance, a power purchase agreement or a comparison of available options. The finance provider will confirm the information needed to assess an application.
