APPLICATIONS
TECHNICAL SCOPE
Assess the site requirements together, with equipment, enabling works and delivery responsibilities clearly defined.
Define who will use the chargepoints, how long vehicles remain parked and the number of spaces required. Access controls and usage reporting can be considered in the equipment specification.
Match charging requirements to vehicle types, mileage, dwell times and operating schedules. Assess the power available before deciding on the chargepoint specification.
Review the existing supply, cable routes and any required network upgrades. Plan the initial installation with future demand in mind; additional works are identified in the quotation.
Consider charging alongside commercial solar and battery storage. Where the wider project requires roof repairs, we can include these in the coordinated quotation, subject to assessment.
FUNDING & CAPITAL
Fund charging infrastructure without diverting capital from day-to-day operations.
Through our finance partners, we access a range of lenders and specialist funders. We compare the available rates, structures and terms to help secure the most suitable quote for your project.
ASSET FINANCE
Hire purchase, lease and loan options can fund solar, battery storage and EV infrastructure. Up to 100% project funding and terms of up to 10 years may be available, subject to lender approval.
POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT
For eligible solar projects, a funder pays for and owns the installation. Your business purchases the solar electricity under a long-term agreement, with no upfront installation cost.
DIRECT INVESTMENT
Fund the project directly and retain ownership of your installation. Compare the capital cost, projected operating savings and maintenance requirements against funded alternatives.
Funding is subject to eligibility, credit approval, site assessment and contract terms. £0 upfront options do not mean free energy or free equipment: repayments or electricity charges apply. Any deposit, VAT, fees or excluded works will be confirmed in the offer.
PROJECT VIABILITY
Compare the installation scope and funding structure against your operating requirements.
For solar, projections distinguish bill savings from the overall financial return after funding and operating costs.
ASSESSMENT TO HANDOVER
Establish your objectives, site details and operating profile.
Assess the building, electrical infrastructure and required enabling works.
Review design, costs and available funding offers before committing.
Agree the programme, installation, testing and handover arrangements.
PROJECT QUESTIONS
Yes. We can assess charging alongside solar PV and battery storage, and offer any required roof repairs within the wider project quotation. The specification and costs are confirmed following assessment.
Up to 100% asset finance may be available for qualifying EV infrastructure projects, subject to lender approval and agreed terms. If charging forms part of a solar project, its inclusion in a PPA-funded scope can also be assessed. Any VAT, deposits, fees or excluded works are confirmed in the offer.
We consider vehicle compatibility, operating schedules, required charging time and the site’s electrical capacity. The final specification follows assessment of the location, supply and installation requirements.
Future requirements can be considered in the design. The available supply, distribution equipment, cable routes and parking layout determine what expansion is practical and what additional works may be needed.
Share your business name, site address, number of vehicles or parking spaces, vehicle types and operating pattern. A site plan and information about your electrical supply are useful if available.
COMMERCIAL ENQUIRIES
Provide your business name, site location and requirements. For a solar assessment, a recent electricity bill or consumption profile is a useful starting point.
For funding enquiries, indicate whether you prefer asset finance, a power purchase agreement or a comparison of available options. The finance provider will confirm the information needed to assess an application.
