Our housing and retrofit work includes occupied homes. Access, resident communication, site safety and disruption are considered when planning the agreed work.
Can you quote against a schedule of works?
Yes. Provide your schedule or survey scope, along with property details and any specifications. We will identify the information needed to prepare a quotation.
What happens if additional work is identified?
Unexpected findings and proposed variations are raised with the client. The additional scope, cost and programme implications are agreed before proceeding, subject to the contract and any urgent safety requirements.
